Congratulations to our Midget Girls
The Midget Girls - Tschritter team followed up their EYBA B Division gold medal last week with a Silver medal performance at this weekends Alberta Basketball Association Provincial tournament. The girls played in the B division finals yesterday afternoon against a tough opponent from Okotoks. The game was very exciting, hard fought, and well played by both teams who definitely deserved to be in the final. There were a number of lead changes throughout the whole game but the girls came up a bit short losing a close game 50-46, but still securing a very proud silver medal for the team. Congratulations to the Midget Girls team and their two coaches John Tschritter and Dean Fiveland on a great season.
