As part of the BYBA, all parents and coaches are invited to attend the 2019 Annual General Meeting. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 19th @ 6:30 P.M. at the Beaumont Composite High School atrium. The annual general meeting allows the board to report back to our BYBA community on the past years' activities, the organizations' financial health and gives you a vote in changes to policy and ByLaws that impact the operations of the BYBA for the future years.
For the AGM to be run we need to have at least 15 members attend the meeting for Quorum to be reached. So we need you to please take the time to come out and support the BYBA by attending the meeting.
