| For the summer of 2019 Alberta Basketball will feature 3 teams for each gender - 15U, 16U and 17U. The 15U and 17U teams will compete at the Canada Basketball National Championships, boys in Fredericton, New Brunswick, girls in Victoria, British Columbia. The 16U teams will compete in the Western Canada Summer Games in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Open Tryouts are on January 13th, 2019 with options to attend in Calgary and Edmonton.
Please follow the steps below to complete your registration.
1. Log in or create your ABA Ramp Account - https://www.rampinteractive.com/registration/v3/?c=c6d32b391fd7 2. Under Season Select 2018-19 ABA Membership (will be the only option) and agree to the Code of Ethics 3. You will then have 3 options under Division Selection - 2019 Team Alberta Tryouts, Annual Membership Coach & Annual Membership Player 4. You will need to select - 2019 Team Alberta Tryouts. We will also be requiring that all participants at ABA events in 2019 have membership with ABA. If you do not have a membership already please also select Annual Membership - Player. The system allows multiple options to be selected 5. You will then select the package which you will be registering for - 15U Boys, 15U Girls, 17U/16U Boys or 17U/16U Girls. If you need to purchase membership as well you will also select the Annual Membership - Player package at the bottom 6. You will then confirm your personal and parent/guardian details 7. Then select the city you will be attending in from the drop down menu - Calgary or Edmonton 8. Skip through the promo code option 9. Select Credit Card under payment options and complete the payment to finish your registration. **Your Membership Card will be available through your RAMP account in the menu on the left hand side of the main page. It can be downloaded on your phone or printed off. We will be validating membership when you check in at tryouts** Provincial Team Selection Process 1. Sunday, January 13th - Open Tryouts in Edmonton and Calgary 2. Sunday, January 20th - Team Assessment Camp - Invited Athletes Only - List will be posted on ABA website 3. Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28th - Final Team Selection - Invited Athletes Only - List will be posted on ABA website |
